Booking Policy & Terms – The Aesthetics Suite At The Aesthetics Suite, we operate by appointment only to ensure every client receives the time and care they deserve. To keep our diary running smoothly and fairly for everyone, please take a moment to read our simple booking terms below. 💛 Deposits A £20 booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. This is fully redeemable against your treatment on the day. Deposits are taken via our secure Stripe payment system. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a £50 fee, charged automatically to the card used to book. We completely understand that genuine emergencies can happen — please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll always do our best to help. Payments All card details are securely stored through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment provider. No additional charge will ever be made without notice or outside of our published policy. Medical Treatments All treatments are provided following a professional consultation and suitability assessment. As a prescriber-led medical aesthetics clinic, we reserve the right to decline or modify any treatment if not clinically appropriate. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you; however, appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. By booking with The Aesthetics Suite, you agree to these terms and understand that deposits and cancellation fees are in place to protect our clinic time and maintain fairness for all clients.
